The course is a digital product provided online. No physical goods are shipped.

After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course content.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve course content at any time.

3. Personal Use Only

All content is protected by copyright.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license.

You may not:

  • share access credentials

  • redistribute content

  • sell or reproduce course materials

  • publish course content publicly

4. Physical Activity & Risk Acknowledgment (IMPORTANT)

This course involves physical movement, including but not limited to Acroyoga, partner-based exercises, balancing, lifting, and acrobatic elements.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury

  • risks may arise from improper technique, lack of experience, environment, or partner interaction

  • you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation

You confirm that you are physically fit to participate or have consulted a medical professional if unsure.

5. Partner-Based Practice & Responsibility

Some exercises require a partner.

You agree that:

  • you are responsible for selecting a suitable and consenting partner

  • you will communicate clearly and respect physical limits

  • you will not attempt skills beyond your or your partner’s ability level

  • you are solely responsible for ensuring a safe practice environment

We strongly recommend practicing with:

  • a trained spotter where appropriate

  • sufficient space and safe surfaces (e.g. mats)

6. No Medical or Professional Advice

The course content is for educational purposes only.

It does not constitute:

  • medical advice

  • physiotherapy

  • professional safety instruction

Always consult a qualified professional if you have health concerns.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the course.

This includes:

  • physical injuries during practice

  • accidents involving partners or third parties

  • improper execution of techniques

  • use of unsuitable environments or equipment

You participate entirely at your own risk.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days.

This right expires early if:

  • you expressly agree to immediate access to the digital content, and

  • you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins

9. Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated at checkout.

Payment is processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Squarespace Payments).

10. Availability

We aim to ensure continuous access to the course but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
